Tahoe Freeride hosts big mountain freeride competitions for skiers and snowboarders in the Far West Region (California and Nevada). There are three types of competition in this region. All events are ranked and sanctioned by the International Freeskiers and Snowboarders Association (IFSA).

Our Mission
The mission of the Tahoe Junior Freeride Series (TJFS | Tahoe Freeride) is to organize and deliver competitive junior and adult big mountain freeride competitions to regional athletes. TJFS | Tahoe Freeride allows participants of any race, color, gender, gender identity, national and ethnic origin to participate in programs and activities.

TJFS | Tahoe Freeride will make decisions about the junior series and the adult events that address the interests and needs of all athletes from the first time competitor to the world champion.
