Freeride Scholarship Program |

Our Scholarship program is possible thanks to proceeds raised by our fundraising Golf Tournament held annually in October. For 2024-25 we partnered with GVR Partners and Scotty Lapp Foundation to further bolster support to youth competitors. As a 501(c)3, we are thrilled to help keep the excitement of Freeride more accessible to those for whom the high cost may pose restrictions for participation. Our Scholarships (for Juniors) and Sponsorships (Adults) provide assistance to keep skiers and boarders charging toward their dreams and personal growth, from those enjoying our TJFS to the elite alumni representing Tahoe against the best in the world on the FWT. This year, we are looking to issue over $32,000 in awards to support local athletes. See links below to apply.
