Event Registration Instructions

Gather the following items before you begin!
1. 2021 IFSA membership number 
2. Health Insurance information if you need to update the information you entered when you registered for membership.
3. Release of liability waivers are signed during the registration process and require both parent/guardian and athlete signatures. 
​3. Credit Card payment processed at the time of registration.
