More detailed information about event registration below. 1. Eligibility for TJFS Event Registration A. Current 2018-2019 IFSA Membership License (if you have not yet registered for 2019 IFSA Membership go to IFSA Website-Membership Page). B. Current 2018-2019 TJFS Membership License (if you have not yet registered for 2019 TJFS Membership go to TJFS Athlete Membership Page). 2. Register for TJFS Event A. All registration opening dates can be found the 2019 Event Schedule. B. Gather the following necessary documents for event registration and have the documents with you when you register: i. 2018-2019 TJFS Membership number (found in TJFS Membership confirmation email) ii. 2018-2019 IFSA Membership number iii. Current Health Insurance information (carrier name, policy number) iv. Credit card 3. Release of Liability Waivers A. Your registration is not complete until you sign each of the following waivers in Smart Waiver. The link to these waivers is in your Stop 1: TJFS Sugar Bowl Event Registration confirmation email. i. Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be issued up until midnight 10 days before the first day of competition. There is a $45 processing fee. After that date refunds will not be issued.
After the Wednesday 10 days before the first day of competition, there will be no refunds, unless due to injury. A doctor’s note is required.
There is a $45 processing fee for all refunds including injury.
Due to event cancellation, refunds will be issued minus $45 processing fee.
In the instance of a rescheduled event, registration fee goes toward the rescheduled date if it is at the same mountain. If you can’t make the rescheduled date you will be issued a refund minus the $45 processing fee. The request must be made 7 days prior to the first day of competition for that event.
If your division is not able to compete you will be issued a refund minus $45 processing fee.
There will be no refunds to any athlete given the opportunity to take at least one run.
If the competition goes to a one day event due to weather or hazardous conditions there are no refunds. The Competition Jury and the Technical Director make the decision to cancel.
If a competitor chooses to compete only one day of the three day competition, the fee still stands at the three day price.
The TJFS Membership is non refundable.

Waivers to complete your registration: To complete your Athlete registration for this event, there are two Release of Liability (ROL) Waivers . Click on each link below to complete each waiver. You will need to verify your email address for each waiver. These waivers may only be completed by the Parent/Legal Guardian of the athlete or an athlete over 18 years of age. You also received these links in your Sugar Bowl Event Registration confirmation email.

The TJFS depends on the generosity of volunteers for the success of every event! Please email [email protected] if you would like to volunteer for this event. Put TJFS Sugar Bowl Volunteer in the subject. Thank you for your support!
Volunteers are required to get a 2019 TJFS Non-Athlete Membership prior to the event. There is no payment necessary for this membership. You will need to check in at the desk when you arrive.

How to be prepared: 1. You must be registered for this event by Wednesday Jan 9th. There is no day-of registration. 2. You must have completed waivers and validated each waiver in confirmation email from Safesport. 3. Complete Athlete Profile 4. If you have competed all 3 steps above, you may proceed to your division check in line. You will receive your bib number for the entire TJFS series. The bib must be worn on your helmet at all times in order to access the venue. 5. You will pick up your T-shirt and if you ordered a hoodie, proceed to hoodie station. 6. Attend mandatory athlete meeting.
