Please remember that your registration for TJFS Sugar Bowl is not complete until the parent/guardian AND the athlete sign the event waivers in Docusign.

1. Parent signs the waivers and submits
2. A Docusign email will be sent to the Athlete's email account
3. Athlete signs the waivers and submits
4. Your Docusign paperwork is now complete!
