Health Insurance
Proof of health insurance is required to compete.  If you did not compete at Sugar Bowl, please bring a photocopy of your health insurance card front and back.

Athlete Bio
Please complete the Athlete Bio and bring it to check-in.

Docusign
The Release of Liability waivers for this event needs to be completed in Docusign.  The parent must begin the process.  THE ATHLETE MAY NOT COMPLETE THE DOCUSIGN FOR THE PARENT.
Athlete Packet Waivers​

• Parent/Guardian starts the process by adding a parent email and an athlete email.
• Parent signs and submits.  
• The Athlete will receive an email from Docusign 
• The Athlete needs to open the email in their email account then sign and submit.
• Your registration will be complete once both the Parent/Guardian AND the Athlete have signed and submitted the waivers online.

Big Water Studios
Big Water Studios will be videoing the entire event.  Trina Gold has a table set up at registration.  Stop by her table if you would like to purchase your run.
